What better way to fill your freezer than with a half pig that has been custom butchered to your liking. By placing your order you will reserve a half pig to be butchered fall 2022 and should receive your product in mid December depending on smoking and curing times. A typical half pig will yield around 70 total pounds of meat ready for the freezer. You will be able to go through a variety of options as to how you would like your meat cured, smoked and packaged.
